Android application to support hex crawling

Hi!

I started to write an Android application to help me deal with all of the tables used when doing hex crawling. I would be very happy to get some help in providing the tables in a format that the application can parse and show. I have not spent any effort (yet) on making it nice looking with a correct use of color schemes and fonts so the application has a very clean scandinavian design I use Android Studio for development work and the application is written in Kotlin but the tables are written in a JSON format that does not require and programming experience.

Currently I have done the Coastal lands and the Borderlands tables.

I've asked RiotMinds if it was ok to publish this Android application and they gave me a thumbs up. So if you want to help out please do so.

First version available for testing. Please try it out and come with feedback (or better yet, fix things and send me a pull request)

Known limitations:
- There is no handling for change between portrait and landscape (i.e. no scrollbar if a button end up outside of the screen)
- There is no nice icon (it uses Android default)

Download the APK to your Android phone or tablet and open it.
Since it is not published using Google Play you will have to allow installation from other sources.

* I've added support for monsters after a conversation with RiotMinds.
* Realized I forgot to disable Night mode (it looked horrible!) but now it is off!

Next release scope
- add more monsters
- link the hex crawling tables with the monsters
