Rules for Start-Up cards

We have used the start-up cards for character creation. But we have some questions about them:

- Dodger card. It says that you CAN dodge in neutral stance. Does it mean you receive a free dodge with Burgling Skill each turn you take Neutral Stance?

- Ogre blood. It gives you a bonus on +PHYS %. Does it mean you augment your Attribute number and everything it entails (bonus damage, carry limit, melee skill, higher AR items, etc...) or it applies only in PHYS rolls (open doors, strength feats, etc... when you roll PHYSx1, PHYSx2, etc...?

Strong as an Ox gets you +5% to PHY. Ogre Blood is +5 HP. (Just to clarify.)

I think the wording is clear, you add it to your attribute (and it changes everything depending on it).

As to the Dodger card: Normally in Neutral Stance you can only parry as a defensive action. The Dodger card allows you to also dodge, but there's nothing that leads me to believe it's a free dodge.
