Rules difference from the 2005 Swedish version

I'm starting to get a bit interested in LexOccultum again. It was 15 years since I read the game. I have the Swedish version from 2005. Are there a lot of rules changes in the newest English version? Are the rules based on Trudvang Chronicles?

The rules are very similar to Trudvang Chronicles (only slight differences). So I would say pretty different. Most ideas of the original game are still present however, Vouge, social Status etc.
There may be misunderstandings and errors in the transcriptions
